The GREE Multi21+ Tri-Zone CEILING CASSETTE 24,000 BTU System is powered by Gree®s G10 inverter-driven compressor and eco-friendly R410A refrigerant. These units can heat and cool 3 zones without distribution boxes. Our G10 inverter technology saves energy, reduces outdoor noise and keeps room temperature steady by eliminating the harsh starts & stops of conventional systems. The Multi21+ Ceiling Cassette units will inconspicuously provide quiet performance through innovative design. Which line set kit do I need?
This system uses (3) 1/4" x 3/8" line set. These are sold separately, and you can choose from our 15 ft, 25 ft, 35 ft, and 50 ft lengths. The length needed depends on the needs of your project and how you will set up the system (distance from outdoor condenser to indoor air handler).
Is this backed by a warranty?
Yes, this system comes backed by a warranty from the Manufacturer, not ComfortUp. We are an authorized online seller of these systems and can assist you with any questions you may have regarding the warranty process. *Please Note, all of our manufacturers require that the installation must be done by a state Licensed HVAC contractor in order to be eligible for the warranty. Proof of HVAC licensed installation will be required so please be sure to keep all receipts. HVAC contractors will need to be involved for any warranty troubleshooting and/or repairs. Labor is not included in the manufacturers warranty. ComfortUp does offer an extended warranty option that includes Labor and can also extend parts coverage beyond the manufacturers listed timeframe.
