The new Hyper Heating INVERTER-driven wall-mounted ductless split system is ideal for heating and cooling residential rooms/spaces such as bedrooms, home offices, living rooms, dining rooms, bonus rooms, basements, kitchens, offices, kiosks, guardhouses, and more. These Energy Star rated heat pump systems have a slim design and operate quietly at high efficiencies to provide you with consistently cool or warm air. This low ambient capable model has cooling capacities ranging from 2,500 - 13,600 BTU, heating capacities ranging from 3,700 - 21,000 BTU, and is rated at 26.1 SEER / 12.5 HSPF.
Control Options
The Mitsubishi systems also offer the optional wireless, RFI-RedLINK™ enabled, full-function wall mount controller, allowing homeowners to control their unit from a remote PC, smartphone or tablet (MHK1 sold separately). If you prefer a standard, fully wired and functioning wall mount control, this system also works with the PAR-32MAA-J (sold separately and requires MAC-333IF).
INVERTER Technology
The M-Series INVERTER-driven compressor and linear expansion valve (LEV) works with the system's sophisticated electronic controls to detect temperature changes in a room or zone, automatically changing speeds to adjust for precise capacity and temperature control.
i-see Sensor™ 3D Technology
The i-see Sensor™ 3D scans the room and divides it into 752 fields. Using thermography the system knows if there are people present in the room. This makes it possible to align the air conditioning to the people in the room or flow around them. The energy saving mode is activated if there is nobody in the room.
H2i® Technology

Air Filtration
The indoor units use a sophisticated triple filtration system to ensure clean, healthy air throughout the rooms/zones they condition. The Hybrid Catechin washable pre-filter captures dust and eliminates odors, while the Blue Enzyme washable filter uses an enzyme catalyst to capture and eliminate allergens, germs, bacteria, and viruses. They also contain a washable Platinum Catalyst Deodorizing filter for high-powered odor absorption lasting up to two years.
Quiet Operation
The MSZ Indoor Units operate at very low sound levels (20-46 decibels). According to a study performed by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, these units are quieter than a human whisper (30 decibels) at low speed.
Environmentally Friendly
Mitsubishi was clearly taking the environment into consideration when designing the M-Series line by using R410A refrigerant with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), 83% recyclable components, and washable filters made from natural materials on all models.

Which line set kit do I need?
This system uses (1) 1/4" x 1/2" line set. These are sold separately, and you can choose from our 15 ft, 25 ft, 35 ft, and 50 ft lengths. The length needed depends on the needs of your project and how you will set up the system (distance from outdoor condenser to indoor air handler).
Is this backed by a warranty?
Yes, this system comes backed by a warranty from the Manufacturer, not ComfortUp. We are an authorized online seller of these systems and can assist you with any questions you may have regarding the warranty process. *Please Note, all of our manufacturers require that the installation must be done by a state Licensed HVAC contractor in order to be eligible for the warranty. Proof of HVAC licensed installation will be required so please be sure to keep all receipts. HVAC contractors will need to be involved for any warranty troubleshooting and/or repairs. Labor is not included in the manufacturers warranty. ComfortUp does offer an extended warranty option that includes Labor and can also extend parts coverage beyond the manufacturers listed timeframe.
