The MXZ Series provides individually controlled rooms using a single extremely quiet outdoor unit. With the MXZ multi-zone heat pump systems, you can heat and cool from 2 to 8 zones and enjoy ideal levels of comfort in the rooms you use most. You can have people in different rooms - like the kitchen, master bedroom or living room - can set temperatures, air flow, and speed for personalized comfort, while still reducing your energy costs.

Which line set kit do I need?
This system uses (2) 1/4" x 3/8" line set and (1) 1/4" x 1/2" line set. These are sold separately, and you can choose from our 15 ft, 25 ft, 35 ft, 50 ft and 75 ft (only available on 1/4" x 1/2") on lengths. The length needed depends on the needs of your project and how you will set up the system (distance from outdoor condenser to indoor air handler).
Is this backed by a warranty?
Yes, this system comes backed by a warranty from the Manufacturer, not ComfortUp. We are an authorized online seller of these systems and can assist you with any questions you may have regarding the warranty process. *Please Note, all of our manufacturers require that the installation must be done by a state Licensed HVAC contractor in order to be eligible for the warranty. Proof of HVAC licensed installation will be required so please be sure to keep all receipts. HVAC contractors will need to be involved for any warranty troubleshooting and/or repairs. Labor is not included in the manufacturers warranty. ComfortUp does offer an extended warranty option that includes Labor and can also extend parts coverage beyond the manufacturers listed timeframe.
